If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Mossy Oak® Cooler manufactured by Taiga Coolers, LLC, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.  This only applies for coolers purchased directly from 

For coolers purchased through Authorized Dealers, the return policy of that dealer applies.

If returning a cooler to please include a copy of the original receipt in the original or similar packaging to prevent shipping damage to the cooler. 

Products returned are subject to a $20 restock fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable unless authorized by  TWe will process the refund to the original credit card within (4) business days of receiving the merchandise.  If you have any questions please contact us at or 1-844-TAIGA 44.


At, we want to get one of our coolers in your hands as soon as possible so we make every effort to ship your order quickly.

Orders placed on our website at by 11am CST on Monday thru Friday will be shipped same day by FedEx Ground service or USPS to locations in the continental United States and Canada.   Orders with coolers generally ship FedEx Ground and orders with gear or accessories only, generally ship USPS.  For shipments outside of the continental United States or Canada, please contact us for shipping options.  No signatures required unless requested.
